This module, using similar data collection features to On-Line Giving, allows your school to create a list of events and activities for alumni, parents or friends complete with description of the event, dates, costs and other details, and then invites users to select activities and register online.
The list of events and activities are created and organized by the school administrator and notifications for processing are sent each time a registration takes place. The program supports an unlimted number of simultaneous events, each with multiple activities constructed from a flexible suite of building blocks. Visitors can view a list of registered attendees and the administrator can use the list for e-mail broadcast purposes.
The system supports multiple administrators for each event, enabling different departments - sports, alumni, or parent relations, to set up and manage their own event programs.
