The NDI Alumni program was designed to build community by helping alumni contact and communicate with fellow alums and associates through a secure electronic directory and help schools reduce administration costs and improve notice and e-letter broadcasts through a unique set of emailing tools.

Key Features and Modules:
  • See a graphical overview of the modules.

  • The password-protected, secure directory allows members to edit their own listings and search other members by last name, year or any number of different search criteria.

  • Biographical Notes, expands the listing to include many fields including street and telephone contact information, educational background, profession and business background, family information, and a personal photo. The optional mapping module allows alumni to see a map plot of where they live in relation to their peers.

  • Mentoring Module is used to allow alumni to volunteer as career and business counselors by creating a mentor profile highlighting preferred areas of expertise. This offers great networking possibilities while assisting newer alums or graduating students.

  • Bulletin Board/Weblogs/Class Notes allow alums to browse and post notes either by topic, or by year of graduation. PDF attachments can be uploaded into Bulletin Board messages, great for Job postings or resumes. The administrator of the system has edit rights over any content before it goes live.

  • Business Directory is an option that allows members to browse an area for business services and create their own business card listing under the appropriate category.

  • Photo Albums allow administrators to upload, resize, group, sort and display photos for alumni to view. Photos can be grouped into Albums, and mutiple Albums can ge grouped into Galleries.

  • The Advanced Mailing Option allows the school to create formatted or template HTML e-newsletter, including attachments and built-in readership tracking.

  • The On-Line Giving, On-Line Store and On-Line Event Registration Modules, featuring secure pages to collect and store data for processing are offered as add-ons to the Alumni Directory or as stand alone products. This technology eliminates transactional fees, percentages and holdbacks.

  • Mobile Access, allowing alumni to securely search and view the full content of your Directory system from their smartphone.
