What happens to the children of the King who was cursed with the reckoning of killing his own father and marrying his mother? The curse of the house of Oedipus continues with Sophocles' classic Greek tragedy of Antigone, presented by the Senior School's Theatre Company, February 26-29th in the Alan Brown Great Hall. Be prepared for a timeless, cultural experience where the age old raucous battle of love versus law unfolds. As in keeping with the tradition of a Greek Theatre Festival, all tragedy must be met with comedy, so the company also presents 25 Years of Parking Woes, a prelude and Southridge original script, which pays a tongue and cheek tribute to our 25 years as a school.
Seating is limited, so act fast! The show is recommended for ages 8 and up.
