Board of Visitors Golf Tournament Registration

We invite you to join us on Wednesday, October 2, 2013(rain date Oct. 23)
for the Board of Visitors Golf Tournament.  You will be assigned a PGA Golf Management 
student whom will serve as your personal caddy as you walk the
beautiful 6,200-yard
Methodist University golf course (5,503 for women).  The
field is limited, and only 54
players will be provided the opportunity to
experience the challenge of this private course. 
A Methodist University
PGA Golf Management program upperclassman or member of the
MU golf team
will round out each foursome.

 Schedule:
9:30 - 11:30 . . . Registration Opens, Range Opens
11:00 . . . Lunch
12:00 . . . Shotgun start (snacks & drinks provided)
5:00 . . . Dinner, Awards Presentation


Format
18 Hole, 2 Best Balls of Foursome, Stroke Play.  Each player will play their own
ball the entire round.  One ball Gross and one ball NET will count for the team on
every hole.  Each participant will receive 90% of their handicap.  Each foursome
will include a PGM student or member of the MU golf team playing at scratch.

TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEES

$500 - Team Sponsor
- Admission for 3 players
- Corporate name and logo on tee box
- Special recognition and signage at Registration and Dinner
- Personal caddies
- Lunch, Beverages and snacks on Course, Dinner


$200 - Individual Sponsor
- Admission for 1 player
- Special recognition and signage at Registration and Dinner
- Personal caddy
- Lunch, Beverages and snacks on Course, Dinner 

$150 - Hole Sponsor
- Corporate name and logo on tee box
- Lunch and Dinner if desired 

$150 - Individual
- Single tournament entry
- Lunch, Beverages and snacks on Course, Dinner
- Personal caddy

 All participants are invited to attend the awards dinner immediately following
the conclusion of the round.  Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third
place teams.  Hole-In-One prize opportunities will be available on holes 6, 8, 11
and 14.  Hole-In-One insurance is provided by former Board of Visitors member,
Roger F. Hall, Jr., Safety Insurance Services, Inc., Hope Mills, NC.
