Hours of Operation

Our support desk is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Eastern Time). Outside of these hours, please don't hesitate to e-mail. We'll respond first thing the next day.

Please Note
|
With an average of only 2-3 support calls (combined telephone and e-mail) a day, we don't have the demand for a dedicated person sitting at a support desk. If you do telephone and get no answer, please leave a message, otherwise we won't know to call you back.

Holiday Closing

We observe Canadian statutory holidays. The support desk will be closed on:
- Monday February 19, 2024 - "Family Day" (Ontario)
- Friday March 29, 2024 - Good Friday
- Monday May 20, 2024 - Victoria Day (Canada)
- Monday July 1, 2024 - Canada Day
- Monday August 5, 2024 - Civic Holiday (Ontario)
- Monday September 2, 2024 - Labor Day
- Monday October 14, 2024 - Thanksgiving Day (Canada)
- Wednesday December 25, 2024 through to, and including Wednesday January 1, 2025 - Closed!
