Hours of Operation

Our support desk is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Eastern Time). Outside of these hours, please don't hesitate to e-mail. We'll respond first thing the next day.

Please Note

With an average of only 2-3 support calls (combined telephone and e-mail) a day, we don't have the demand for a dedicated person sitting at a support desk. If you do telephone and get no answer, please leave a message, otherwise we won't know to call you back.

Holiday Closing

We observe Canadian/Ontario statutory holidays. The support desk will be closed on:
  • Family Day (Ontario)
  • Good Friday
  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • August Civic Holiday (Ontario)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • December 25th through to, and including January 1st - Closed!
